Angel Gillespie's Memorial Scholarship

Angel was my first and most difficult pregnancy. I found out about my Spring Break love child around 4 weeks pregnant. I was told at nine weeks pregnant that I had 5 fibroid tumors and a large cyst. At 10 weeks and 5 days, my child passed away. 

The loss of a child is one that you never truly get over. I have thought of many ways to keep my child's name and memory alive. I have done everything from dedicating my books, holding events and even carnivals with Angel as the reason behind it all. I have finally decided that I wanted to create "5" $100 annual scholarships in memory of Angel. I decided on (5) because it is the 5th month that we celebrate Angel's life and my birthday. "5" is a special number and we will award 5 special scholarships.

Angel's Family Day is an amazing event that is held annually to raise funds for the five scholarships awarded.
